Using social media to better our mental health for free.

As a mental health patient, I took lessons from friends, doctors, and therapists to come up with a simple tool: an app that lets you check in on your support system and vice-versa.
— Monisha Ravi (App Creator/Founder)

I believe social support can be really positive for people on their often lonely mental health journeys.

This app looks familiar - because its design is based off social media apps you’re already using. But why do we need a separate app, then?

Well, some people don’t feel comfortable putting their current mood on their ig stories or via twitter or fb. This app allows you to do just that anonymously or privately with only the support system contacts YOU choose.

I created this app with a vision that it would be free for all adults, easy-to-use, a quick sign-up, and to be used as a tool to efficiently check in on your loved ones, students, or patients.
